Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Yug Solutions Ltd websites, yugsolutions.co.uk and local.yugsolutions.co.uk. By using our websites, you agree to these terms.

They do not cover GovBridge. GovBridge has its own Terms of Service, which apply when you register for or use it. Work we carry out for you is covered by the written quote or agreement for that work, as described in section 4.

2. About Yug Solutions Ltd

Yug Solutions Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16079546), with a registered office at 79 Latimer Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN22 7EL, United Kingdom.

3. Use of Our Websites

You may use our websites for lawful purposes only. You must not use them in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the websites or impairment of their availability.

4. Prices and Paid Work

Prices shown on our websites are starting prices or ranges to help you plan. They are not an offer that can be accepted as a contract. Where we say prices exclude VAT, VAT is added where it applies.

Before any paid work begins, including integration reviews, integration builds, websites, business systems, support and care plans, we agree a written quote or agreement with you setting out the scope, price, payment terms and timing. That quote or agreement governs the work. If it conflicts with these terms, the quote or agreement takes precedence.

Free audits, introductory calls and scoping conversations do not commit you or us to any further work.

5. Trials, Pilots & Programmes

From time to time we may offer free trials, early access, pilots or partner programmes. Taking part does not guarantee continued access, ongoing service or acceptance into any programme. Places may be limited and are offered at our discretion. We may contact applicants and participants about their application, status or the programme. Any programme we discontinue will be marked as closed rather than silently removed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Yug Solutions Ltd unless otherwise stated, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. No Professional Advice

Our guides and other website content are general information about technical and regulatory topics. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment or regulatory advice. Check the official sources, and take professional advice where you need it, before relying on them. Archived articles from NoteScope, our discontinued financial-services product, are kept for reference only and may not reflect current rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yug Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our websites following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
