Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Who We Are
Yug Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16079546), with a registered office at 79 Latimer Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN22 7EL, United Kingdom. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller (ICO registration reference: ZC197019). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this company website and direct enquiries. GovBridge is in developer preview; product-specific processing information and agreements should be reviewed separately before providing production data.
2. What We Collect
We may collect the following information when you interact with our website or apply to our products:
- Name and email address
- Company or firm name
- Information you provided via contact forms, careers enquiries, or the now-closed NoteScope Design Partner Programme
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage analytics
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to enquiries and provide information about our products
- To improve our website and services
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, improving our services) and consent (where you have opted in to receive updates, or previously applied to the now-closed Design Partner Programme). We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting our contact form and inbox from spam and automated abuse; the check runs only when you use the contact form.
5. Data Storage & Security
This website is delivered through Vercel over HTTPS. Website delivery, email and optional analytics involve service providers; we do not describe all website data processing as UK-only. We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy. This includes data collected from NoteScope's trial period — we're reviewing what still needs to be retained now that the product has been discontinued, and will delete anything no longer needed.
6. Third-Party Services
Vercel provides website hosting and may process technical request data. Google Analytics receives usage information only after you accept analytics. Fonts are served from this website, without requests to Google Fonts. Website enquiries and GovBridge pilot requests send your name, email address, message and, if you give it, your company name through our Vercel-hosted endpoint to our Fasthosts mailbox. On our local site (local.yugsolutions.co.uk) you can give a phone number instead of, or as well as, an email address, and say how you would like us to reply; we use these only to answer you. If you choose to contact us by WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, Meta processes those messages under its own terms and privacy policy. Technical request information, including IP addresses, is used temporarily to limit abuse. Our contact form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a message is being sent by a person rather than an automated program. When you open the form, Turnstile runs in your browser and sends Cloudflare technical signals about your device, browser and how the check was completed, along with your IP address; our website then sends Cloudflare a one-time token from that check to confirm the result. Cloudflare does not receive your name, email address or message. Cloudflare uses these signals to detect and block bots and, acting as an independent controller for part of this processing, to improve its bot detection. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Form contents are not sent to analytics. Email enquiries are handled by Fasthosts. Some emails we send from our domain, such as service notifications, are delivered through Resend, an email delivery provider that sends using Amazon Web Services; it processes the recipient's email address, the message and delivery information (such as whether a message was delivered or bounced) to send them. Vercel, Cloudflare, Fasthosts and Resend may involve processing outside the UK; contact us for details of applicable providers, locations and safeguards.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Request data portability where applicable
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
