Sound familiar?

Most tech problems are everyday headaches. Here’s how I can take them off your plate.

“The phone rings all day with booking requests.”

An online booking page that fills your diary while you work, with reminders so fewer people forget.

“Our website looks dated and is awkward on a phone.”

A clear, fast website that works on every screen, and that you can update yourself.

“I type the same details into three different places.”

Your tools connected, so details are entered once and appear everywhere they need to.

“People can’t find us on Google.”

Your free Google Business Profile set up properly, and a website that search engines understand.

“Paperwork eats my evenings.”

Quotes, invoices and reminders that send themselves, so your evenings are yours again.

“I’m never sure if an email is a scam.”

Simple protection that works: two-step sign-in, backups, and a plain-English guide to spotting scams.

Something else? If it involves a website, a computer system or a spreadsheet, ask me. If I’m not the right person, I’ll tell you who is. Ask a question

What I build

Websites

Fast, friendly websites that bring in customers and are easy for you to keep up to date.

Booking & portals

Online booking and customer pages that replace spreadsheets and phone tag.

Joining things up

Connecting the tools you already use so nothing needs typing in twice.

Automation & AI

Paperwork, replies and reports handled automatically, only where it genuinely saves time.

How it works

Four simple steps, and you’re in control at every one.

  1. Request a free 20-minute chat

Tell me what you need and how to reach you. I’ll reply personally so we can agree a time by phone, video, or over a coffee. No preparation needed.

  2. A plain-English plan and a fixed price

You’ll know exactly what you get and what it costs before anything starts. No hourly bills.

  3. Built with you, step by step

You see progress as it happens, and you try everything before it goes live.

  4. Looked after, if you want

An optional care plan keeps things running smoothly. Your website and accounts stay in your name.

Clear prices, agreed upfront

Introductory prices while I build my Eastbourne portfolio. You get a fixed price after our free chat, and nothing starts until you’re happy with it.

All prices include VAT. Yug Solutions Ltd is VAT registered.

Know the full cost before you agree

Your written quote sets out the total including VAT, the work included, payment terms and timing. Domain registration or renewal, hosting and any paid booking tools or other subscriptions are itemised where needed.

The care plan is optional. Its quote confirms the hosting, updates, included changes and support availability, plus how hosting and handover are handled if you cancel. Extra work is agreed before it starts.

Community group or charity? Tell me about it and I’ll suggest the simplest, most affordable option.

Hello, I’m Virendra.

I live in Eastbourne and have spent about nine years building software. By day I lead a team of five engineers at Datascope Systems. In November 2024 I founded Yug Solutions Ltd, where I build GovBridge, a service that connects software to UK government data.

Most of my work is for larger organisations. I set up this local service so businesses and groups near me can get the same care, at a fair price, without the jargon.

When you get in touch, you deal with me. Not a call centre, and not a sales team.

Real work, explained simply

Some of what I’ve built. Each is more complex than most local projects, and the same care goes into yours.

Tax software that talks to HMRC

Accounting software that prepares and submits VAT returns. Built as the only engineer and tested in HMRC’s official test environment.

IntelliBooks · 2025–26 · not yet launched

A marketplace that pays in stages

An online platform that matches clients with experts and releases payments through Stripe as the work is delivered.

ConnectResearch · tech lead · 2025

One connection to government data

My own product. It lets software look up companies, property sales, food hygiene ratings and MOT history in one place.

GovBridge · developer preview

Systems for devices in the field

I lead the five-person team behind a platform that manages and controls access to devices, and moved it to the latest technology with zero incidents.

DeviceHub · Datascope Systems

If I can make tax software talk safely to HMRC, I can make your booking form talk to your calendar.

Ideas for places like yours

Examples to spark ideas, not client stories.

A seafront café

Table bookings online, a menu you update from your phone, and a Google listing with the right opening hours.

A local tradesperson

A quote request form where customers add photos of the job, sent straight to your phone.

A guest house or B&B

An availability calendar and deposits taken online, so there are fewer emails back and forth.

A charity or community group

A simple website with an events list and an online volunteer sign-up form.

Questions people ask

I’m not very techy. Is that a problem?

Not at all. I’ll explain everything in plain English and never assume you know the jargon. Ask as many questions as you like.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. I can meet you in Eastbourne, Hailsham, Polegate, Willingdon, Seaford, Pevensey or Bexhill, at your business or over a coffee. Further afield in East Sussex, we can talk by phone or video.

How much will it cost?

It depends on what you need, so you get a fixed price after our free chat. You can see starting prices above, and nothing starts until you agree.

Do you only work with businesses?

I work with local businesses, charities and community groups. If you’re not sure whether I can help, just ask.

What if I just have a quick question?

Ask it. If it’s a quick answer, I’ll just tell you.

Who owns the website once it’s built?

You do, once it’s paid for. Your web address and accounts are set up in your name.

Let’s talk, whichever way suits you

Request a free 20-minute chat or ask a question. I’ll reply personally using your preferred contact method. We’ll agree a time together; sending an enquiry does not book an appointment or commit you to paid work.

I meet people in person in Eastbourne, Hailsham, Polegate, Willingdon, Seaford, Pevensey and Bexhill, and help anywhere in East Sussex by phone or video.
